Reasons to Run Your Own Server:
If you run a web site, there's many
reasons to consider running your own dedicated web server, as opposed
to using virtual "shared" hosting services:
1. REBOOT CONTROL - On a dedicated server, you control when
the server is rebooted. This is highly desirable if you give frequent
presentations where it is critical that the server not be rebooted
during your presentations.
